1. Privacy policy

Kidzio is built for children under 13 and complies with COPPA, GDPR-K, and similar laws worldwide.

We store the minimum data needed to personalise learning. Parent email is used only for verification and weekly reports.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). You can request a full export or deletion at any time from Settings.

2. Terms of use

By using Kidzio, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on behalf of the child.

Kidzio is free to use. Premium features (when available) require a parent-verified subscription.

Accounts are per-family. Sharing accounts is fine; reselling or scraping content is not.

3. COPPA & parental consent

We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting any data from kids under 13.

Parents can review, edit, or delete their kid's information at any time — no questions asked.

Friend connections require parent approval; usernames default to random emoji names.

4. Cookies & storage

Kidzio only uses essential local storage to remember your progress and preferences.

No third-party advertising cookies. No cross-app tracking. You can clear cache in Settings → Storage & data.

5. Your rights

Access: export all your data as PDF from Settings → Storage.

Delete: remove your account and all data with one tap.

6. Changes to these terms

We notify parents by email at least 30 days before any material change.

Past versions are archived at kidzio.app/legal/history and remain accessible.
