Missed a day? Use a Streak Freeze from Rewards to save your flame.

XP = Experience Points. You earn XP by finishing lessons, playing games, completing missions and keeping streaks.

XP levels you up and unlocks new content, badges, and avatar items.

Lessons unlock one-by-one to ensure kids build skills in order. Finish the previous lesson to unlock the next.

Some bonus content unlocks when you reach an XP threshold.

Badges are unlocked by real learning — completing sections, building streaks, finishing league weeks.

Each has a rarity: Common · Rare · Epic · Legend. See Rewards → Badges for the full list.

Leagues reset every Monday. Top 3 promote to the next tier, bottom 3 relegate down.

Tiers: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Emerald → Sapphire → Diamond.

Yes! Go to Settings → Parent zone → Screen time limit. Kids get a gentle pause when they reach it.

Bedtime lock hides the app during sleep hours.

Tap Forgot? on the Login screen. We'll send a reset code to the parent email on the account.

For kid safety, password resets always go to the verified parent email.

Yes. Kidzio caches lessons locally so kids can keep learning on flights, road trips, or spotty Wi-Fi.

Progress syncs back as soon as you reconnect.

Go to Settings → Account and tap Delete account. All data is removed within 24 hours.
